Just when you thought aviation was started by the Wright brothers, here comes new findings about the beginnings of India. It has been revealed that the Hindus have designed aviation with interplanetary travel in India thousands of years before the Wright brothers made history.

Based on the models of ancient indian planes, they do not only move forward but to different directions from left, right, front and back. This was presented by Ameya Jadhav and Anand Weddings at the scientific conference hosted by the University of Mumbai, India. The Maharshi Bharadwaja sage had already developed such advanced aviation system thousands of years ago.

With acclaimed meditative power and extraordinary scholarship, Bharadwaja was considered one of the greatest Hindu sages. Based on the 20th century Sanskrit text aerospace technology, Vaimanika Sastra, the vimanas mentioned the advanced aerodynamic flying vehicles. It mentions of interplanetary flight backup up by the theory of ancient alien.

The texts contain 3000 shlokas in 8 chapters, as revealed by G.R. Josye in 1952.

Though some studies claim that these machines do not fly, many researchers still believe these blueprints were designed to fly.
